So I am officially FINISHED with CORE DE FORCE! Woo hoo! I have enjoyed this program so much. I always looked forward to it each day because it is just FUN. 😀
This program is only 30 days, which is awesome because sometimes the thought of committing to a 90 day program is a bit overwhelming. This is perfect because it’s short and effective.
I lost 12 pounds and 12.5 inches during the 30 days, including 3 inches from my waist and a whopping 4.5 from my hips! 😍I dropped a pants size as well! It feels so amazing to be getting healthy and getting closer to my goals. I am so excited to move onto another program, FOCUS T25 starting today.
My next Challenge Group will be starting on May 22, and it will be a 4 week “Countdown to Summer”. 🏝The ladies in my current challenge group are doing absolutely AWESOME and are already seeing results. I did it! I am (actually MORE than) halfway done with CORE DE FORCE. Today is day 20 out of 30 for me. I know you are all wondering how much weight I have lost. Well, I have lost…. wait for it… TEN POUNDS! Yes guys, you read that right. I have lost 10 pounds with CORE DE FORCE in just 20 days. That’s nuts right? This program WORKS! My husband has lost 10 as well and his pants are literally falling off of him as he walks. Like down to his ankles. It’s quite funny. I laughed.
But the CORE in CORE DE FORCE is quite an accurate name for this program. It really works your core. Out of all parts of my body, I’m noticing the biggest improvement in my belly. I’m actually seeing abs. They are still beneath some fat, but I’m starting to see lines there that weren’t there before. It’s so amazing to see. I’m so excited and a little nervous to take my after pictures and measurements. I know I will have a difference, I’m just hoping it’s as good as I want it to be. I’m excited to take my husbands after pictures as well. He said I could share them, so that’s going to be fun. 🙂
I’ve really loved this program so much. The moves are awesome. They don’t get boring because you change it up so much. I think I’ve done all of the workouts now, and they are all so amazing. Some of them I have had to modify (I’m looking at you, Sphinx Blasters!), but I am surprising myself at how strong I am and what I can do. And I bet you will surprise yourself too!
One thing I’ve noticed is that, sometimes I feel like I can’t push any more, or I’m about to drop a move and move on to the modification… it’s not really my BODY that CAN’T do it, it’s my MIND that DOESN’T WANT to do it any more. Literally if I just SHUT my brain off for a minute and tell myself I CAN keep going, I DO! It’s amazing. Your body is strong. Your body can be stronger than your mind at times. Our minds will want to quit, but our bodies can actually keep going.
Try it. Tell your brain to shut up and let your body do the work. Let me know how it goes. 🙂
