Over Halfway Done With CORE DE FORCE

I did it! I am (actually MORE than) halfway done with CORE DE FORCE. Today is day 20 out of 30 for me. I know you are all wondering how much weight I have lost. Well, I have lost…. wait for it… TEN POUNDS! Yes guys, you read that right. I have lost 10 pounds with CORE DE FORCE in just 20 days. That’s nuts right? This program WORKS! My husband has lost 10 as well and his pants are literally falling off of him as he walks. Like down to his ankles. It’s quite funny. I laughed.

But the CORE in CORE DE FORCE is quite an accurate name for this program. It really works your core. Out of all parts of my body, I’m noticing the biggest improvement in my belly. I’m actually seeing abs. They are still beneath some fat, but I’m starting to see lines there that weren’t there before. It’s so amazing to see. I’m so excited and a little nervous to take my after pictures and measurements. I know I will have a difference, I’m just hoping it’s as good as I want it to be. I’m excited to take my husbands after pictures as well. He said I could share them, so that’s going to be fun. 🙂

I’ve really loved this program so much. The moves are awesome. They don’t get boring because you change it up so much. I think I’ve done all of the workouts now, and they are all so amazing. Some of them I have had to modify (I’m looking at you, Sphinx Blasters!), but I am surprising myself at how strong I am and what I can do. And I bet you will surprise yourself too!

One thing I’ve noticed is that, sometimes I feel like I can’t push any more, or I’m about to drop a move and move on to the modification… it’s not really my BODY that CAN’T do it, it’s my MIND that DOESN’T WANT to do it any more. Literally if I just SHUT my brain off for a minute and tell myself I CAN keep going, I DO! It’s amazing. Your body is strong. Your body can be stronger than your mind at times. Our minds will want to quit, but our bodies can actually keep going.

Try it. Tell your brain to shut up and let your body do the work. Let me know how it goes. 🙂

Don’t Wait for “Monday” to Start Your Diet- Just Start Now!

This is something I have to tell myself. A LOT. So I thought I might share with you all.

Don’t wait for Monday. Don’t wait. Do it NOW. I used to say, “I’m going to start Monday. I’ll start my “diet” then.” Don’t do that. Start now. When you wait you are wasting precious time and it means you probably won’t be as serious with it if you think you can put it off. Once you decide you want to change, THAT is your start. THAT is when you begin. I cannot count the number of “Last meals” I have had.

“Oh yeah, I’ll start on Monday, so this weekend I’m gonna go all out and eat everything because Monday it’s ON!”

And every time, by Tuesday, I’m back to my old ways and heavier than before. Don’t do that.

Start now!

If you get off track, if you have a bad meal, if you have a bad day, that does NOT ruin EVERYTHING! It just doesn’t guys. Shake yourself off and keep going. Don’t say you’ll start again MONDAY or you’ll start again tomorrow! Start again now.

It’s constantly recommitting, it’s constantly making mistakes maybe, but continuing no matter what.
