Y’all. So today was day 4 of Core de Force. Power Sculpt. It. Was. Brutal. I mean. I actually thought I might die.
But guys! That’s SO GOOD! I was completely drenched in sweat and the moves were so different and challenging and I FELT it. I was kind of grumbling about the moves as I did them but afterwards I thought, WOW. You know what? That is really going to get results and that is what matters. Am I right?
Tomorrow is grocery day. Which is basically my favorite day of all days. Because. Food. Right? I’m excited to get some good stuff for meal prepping purposes. I usually try to keep my meal prep really boring because it’s just so much easier. So I will cook up a big batch of quinoa and a batch of peas. I will bake some fish and hard boil some eggs. Shakeology for breakfast and I’m good to go. I will literally eat the same thing for lunch and dinner every day if means my life is simpler.
But I’m thinking of trying some new recipes for a few days of my meal prep. Do you have any good ones to share?
