Woo hoo! I had a week break because I was just so super busy but I have started Phase 2. Workout 5 was no joke y’all. I completely forgot about how hard it was. It really kills your arms. Today is Workout 6 and my kiddos are spending the night with grandma, so hopefully I will be able to get a good cardio workout in as well. The baby will still be home with me so that will be challenging. He has not been sleeping lately and that makes me not sleep. The average amount of sleep each night for the past month or so has been about 3 hours a night. No joke. I’m hoping this phase will be over soon. Your prayers are appreciated!
