Calories Burned During Jillian Michaels Body Revolution

So this post I will edit all the time to include the calories that I have burned with each exercise in Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. I use a Polar FT4 Heart Rate Monitor. I highly recommend it! I have tried several other heart rate monitors and they always messed up, but I have had only positive things to say about the Polar FT4. It’s affordable and CUTE!
But please understand each person will burn a different amount depending on their own stats and how hard they workout. But I keep seeing people ask how many calories are burned during Body Revolution, so this is what I burned! For reference, I am 5’3″ 187 pounds now, started Body Revolution at 195.
I will break it down by phase, then by week, then under the weeks I will list the six workout days and the calories burned in each. The first week added extra cardio each day.

    You're doing great, Sara! I have just begun Week 4 (I should really be on Week 5 but I repeated Week 2 because I was sick that week and missed some of the workouts). How do I "follow" your blog? Keep up the good work!

    Yep! I'm 4 ft 10 and weigh 239. For workout 3 (first time today) I burned 723 cals! I have a Polar F11 HRM. I was amazed seeing that large a number, I was sweating my rear off! 😛

    Oh thanks for this post… I just did my 2nd day of work out n I also got polar ft4 n it showed 308 cal burn n I was wondering was it ok or not but I think m on right track

    Thank you so much for this. I am starting with roughly the same weight and I am only slightly taller, so it is a good approximation for me. This is very helpful

      Oh great! I’m so glad it is helpful for you. Obviously the calories burned vary from person to person and really depend on intensity, but it is nice to have somewhat of an idea! <3 Are you going to be doing Body Revolution?
